About the investment manager

East Capital Explorer has appointed East Capital PCV Management AB, a subsidiary of East Capital Holding AB, as its investment manager.

This means that East Capital makes investments in accordance with East Capital Explorer's Investment Policy, as well as provide management services pursuant to our Investment Management Agreement. East Capital Explorer has also decided to rent premises, as well as purchase administrative and other services, from East Capital.
